Natasha Valentine

Natasha is a Canadian Human Resources Generalist with over 20 years of consulting and operational

experience. She has a unique combination of strengths, including facilitation, lecturer, and HR

experience. An energetic collaborator, she develops interactive, engaging educational content for

on campus and online students. Natasha has notable experience in talent management and career

coaching. The last six years have been in the academic sector, primarily with Rome Business School

as Program Director for the Master of Human Resources Management. She has designed and

delivered hundreds of presentations/lectures to a variety of universities in Rome. Topics have

included global talent management, diversity, biases in the workplace and cross culture

communications. Having a culturally diverse mentality has helped her to understand and interact

better with employees, students, and professionals.
