The winning student will win candies, and other spooktacular treats and be featured in the SJUROME Instagram! Minimum 5 costume competitors to have the event run.

Judging Criteria: 

•  Creativity – Was the costume made creatively, colorfully, and does it show personality?  

•  Originality – Does the costume stand out from the rest?  

•  Effort – Did the costume take time and effort?  

•  Authenticity – How accurate and thorough is the costume?

The Student Code of Conduct shall apply to conduct that occurs on University premises, at University-sponsored activities, off-campus conduct and online. Individuals who violate the engagement etiquette rules will be prohibited from participating in future initiatives and referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Engagement Etiquette Rules:

1. Participation at your own comfort level and respect of others is encouraged.

2. Bias, Discrimination, or Harassment of any kind is prohibited—Policy 704.

3. Swearing, defamation and bullying is strictly banned.

4. Discussions or content featuring illegal activity is forbidden.

5. Posting or sending offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content is prohibited.
