A Baroque church adjacent to the old Roman College, the Church of St. Ignatius honors the famous missionary and founder of the Jesuit order, St. Ignatius of Loyola. The dome is one of the most famous works of art by Andrea Pozzo, known above all for its amazing and wonderful optical illusion effect
