The Roman colony of Cosa was founded in 273 BC after the victory of the Romans against the Etruscan cities of Volsinii and Vulci. The city of Orbetello rises in the middle of the homonymous lagoon dividing it into two bodies of water, also WWF oasis, ("Laguna di Levante" and "Laguna di Ponente").

About The Event

Departure early in the morning from Rome

Arrival at Cosa around 10:30 am

Visit to the archeological site and the museum

Departure towards Orbetello

Lunch at the Tasting Center and walk through Orbetello

Departure for Rome

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, suitable   both for visiting the archaeological site and for walking around the town of Orbetello.

REQUIREMENT:

- FFP2 MASK

- Super Green Pass, CDC or equivalent certificate

- Identity document
