The Truffle a rare delicacy a true king among ingredients. Truffles are scarce & are extremely difficult to grow. We will embark in a beautiful forest with a guide and our secret truffle hutting weapon, a dog. Following a truffle based lunch, a visit of Bracciano and a guided tour of the castle.
