Recommendations for the waterfalls:

There are no public changing rooms (when the bar structure is open there are showers and changing rooms for a fee), so you may want to come dressed in your bathing suit. Come prepared with large towels to make it easier to change into dry clothes after you are finished lounging in the warm waters. The area around the falls and the pools is surrounded by gravel and sand; it is very hard on unprotected feet. Ideal would be to arrive with water shoes or at the very least flip flops or sneakers you don't mind getting wet.

The natural thermal springs of Saturnia are waters seeping through the Earth's crust in an area of the Tuscan Maremma. Monte Argentario is a promontory stretching towards the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Departure early in the morning from Rome

Arrival at Saturnia around 11:00 am

About an hour for a swim at the falls

Light lunch in Saturnia town.

Departure towards Monte Argentario

Walk through Porto Ercole (possible trekking excursion)

Departure in the direction of Rome.
