Executive Chef Andrea Lucariello's traditional Pasta making class is limited to 8 people. You will prepare 3 types of past, and create delicious traditional pasta sauces using fresh produce and raw materials from Lazio. Working alongside the chef, prepare pasta dough from scratch. Following Lunch!
